We are a community of explorers and, like fireflies, we have an innate need to let our inner lights shine and connect with others like us. We know that one light is beautiful, but a community of lights is magical! So we gather as a "Flitter" (a group of fireflies) to create sparks of energy and joy and inspiration, to look honestly at our current reality and boldly create a life we love!  Along the way we discover the beauty and richness of a life well lived.
We do these things because, like the firefly's light, it is who we are, it is part of  our essence.

Hey there, fellow creators and thivers! I’m Suzette Conway, a certified applied positive psychology practitioner (CAPP), a coach, an educator, and the creator of the Flittersphere™ - a collection of courses, coaching programs, and communities designed to help professional women thrive in midlife!Â
I started my company, Purple Chicken Life LLC, in 2017 with a deep desire to live my most vibrant life and no clue how I was going to do it! I jumped in head first, leaving a 25-year corporate career in learning & development and bringing with me
- a degree in communications,
- deep curiosity and a love of exploring the human experience,
- a nerdy obsession with positive psychology (the science of thriving!),
- a craving for Sparkable Moments™... andÂ
- a determination to live GLORIOUSLY!Â
This quickly turned into a MISSION to ENABLE BETTER HUMAN EXPERIENCES, and helping women live more vibrantly!Â

I'm based near Austin, TX. I love it 8 months a year, but every brutal summer I swear I'm moving to Alaska the next year!
